Booking terms
By booking an appointment with Serendipity Hair Studio, online or by phone, these terms apply:
- Prices marked with a “+” are starting prices — your stylist confirms the exact price before starting any service.
- To change or cancel an appointment, please call us at (239) 540-9002.
- Please arrive on time — arriving late may shorten your service or mean rescheduling.
SMS Terms
Program name: Serendipity Hair Studio appointment texts.
What you get: if you opt in, we send up to 2 text messages per booking, in the language you booked in — a confirmation right after you book and a reminder two hours before your appointment. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in: by checking an optional box — unchecked by default — under the phone field on our online booking form, next to this consent text:
“Text me my appointment confirmation and reminder from Serendipity Hair Studio at this number (up to 2 messages per booking). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Not required to book. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”
Checking this box is never required to book an appointment.
Message frequency: up to 2 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop: reply STOP to any of our messages to cancel. You'll get one final text confirming you're unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in at any time.
